g.l.o.b.a.l. Mission
To encourage, inspire, and motivate every human being to be fearless & take chances while also giving adolescents of all ethnicities an opportunity to travel and spread love all over the globe through service and fellowship while simultaneously learning different cultures and seeing Earth's beauty. If you just Believe, then you can literally do ANYTHING!
THE G.L.O.B.A.L. PROGRAM
Our G.L.O.B.A.L. program helps carry out our mission. All GLOBAL tours are rewarded at ZERO cost to our families and provide an incredible, life-changing experience for our adolescents. Through our program, the children will learn countless things. New languages, foreign currency/exchanges, 24-hour clock time (military time), and EXPOSURE are just a few things! Most children learn in the classroom, yet the G.L.O.B.A.L. program has made way for authentic lessons that are not taught in any classroom. Counselors will be responsible for all children at all times. Every counselor has to pass an extensive background check before volunteering or employment. Each child must be 12-17 years old for the duration of the anticipated trip. Each child must be on the Honor Roll or Principal's List (All A's and B's) to be considered for participation in our program. Each G.L.O.B.A.L. accepted into our program will receive an official t-shirt, backpack, passport holder, luggage tag, towel, water bottle, and lanyard for the tour. Upon completion of the tour, every G.L.O.B.A.L. will receive a certificate of completion, approved Volunteer Hours, and memories that should last a lifetime! APPLY HERE

History of g.l.o.b.a.l.
G.L.O.B.A.L. was created in 2016 by World Traveler De’Kaleigha “Day-Day” Wells as she was on vacation in South Korea having journeyed 20+ countries by age 23 and learned more while seeing the world than she did her entire life in Tennessee. Day-Day was then inspired to build an organization on the foundation of offering opportunities for people of all backgrounds to visit places which they have never been to, seen, and at times een heard of before, especially children. G.L.O.B.A.L. allows dreams to come true and its founder believes it is important to travel and expand one’s knowledge because life is not the same everywhere and we only know what we have been taught, shown, or experienced. Education and knowledge are two things that no one in the world can ever take away. Just go or you will never know!!
Future of G.L.O.B.A.L.
To provide as many resources as possible to the underprivileged countries our Founder has been blessed to step foot in and eventually all 196, she is determined not to stop before the goal is achieved. GLOBAL, Inc. plans to input necessary programs to help build up those particular countries. G.L.O.B.A.L. also desires to establish teams 18+ young adults as counselors (especially previous G.L.O.B.A.L.'s of age) to lead the organization's tours to certain places around the world in hopes of teaching them how to be leaders and empowering them on a GLOBAL level in relation to their potentials and possibilities.
